Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every product is carefully prepared and packaged.

Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.


UK Shipping

Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the courier and destination.


USA & Canada Shipping

We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada.

International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Estimated delivery times are typically between 5–14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.


European Shipping

At this time, we do not offer shipping to countries within the European Union (EU).

However, we do currently ship to Northern Ireland.


Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur during busy periods, holidays, adverse weather conditions, or courier disruptions outside of our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Ziver Organiques cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
